Ally Shaw

Ally Shaw is a fierce survivor and storyteller who has transformed tragedy into triumph time and again. A proud cancer survivor turned opera singer, Ally is also an eight-time award-winning entrepreneur who launched a new career as an author and motivational speaker in 2022. Though writing had long played a supporting role in her life, the stillness of the pandemic gave her the space to let inspiration flourish.

Her debut narrative non-fiction book, Chasing Tigers in the Dark: Life Lessons of a Fierce Survivor (Library Tales Publishing/Simon & Schuster), donates its proceeds to cancer survivor, domestic abuse, and hurricane relief charities. While touring for the book, Ally was moved by a social justice crisis and inspired to write a fiction series shedding light on human trafficking.

Her debut thriller Tiger Eye is slated for release in 2026 with Wicked Ink Publishing, followed by its sequel Daisy Chain in 2027. Proceeds from the series will support anti-trafficking organizations. When she’s not crafting her next pulse-pounding novel, Ally enjoys reading, playing pickleball, and walking along the beach.
