Raymond Griffiths brings over 8 years of extensive editing expertise as Co-Founder, Executive Editor and Lead Literary Acquisitions at Wicked Ink Publishing. A member of Editors Canada, Raymond combines his academic background in literary editing, psychology, and addiction studies with years of experience in both writing and editing. His deep understanding of the psychology of storytelling allows him to help authors shape characters and narratives that are emotionally compelling and psychologically rich.

With expertise in all four stages of editing (developmental, line, copy, and proofreading), as well as manuscript critiques, beta and sensitivity reading. Raymond’s careful, hands-on approach ensures each manuscript is polished at every stage, helping authors refine their voice, structure, and storytelling to meet the highest standards.

Beyond editing, Raymond is a skilled book coach, leveraging his academic background in psychology and addiction studies to help writers uncover and overcome creative blocks and self-doubt. His coaching focuses on building confidence, guiding authors through emotional and structural challenges, and helping them find their authentic voice.

Raymond’s dual expertise in editing and publishing allows him to provide a well-rounded approach to storytelling, ensuring that writers not only refine their manuscripts but also connect with their audience on a deeper level. He fosters an environment where authors embrace their creativity, build confidence, and develop their manuscripts into polished, market-ready works. When he is not helping writers and authors on their own works, you can find him working on his own novels crafting his next big plot twist. His debut novel is set to release Fall of 2025.

Adam Bamford brings a unique editorial perspective as Co-Founder, Assistant Editor and Literary Acquisitions at Wicked Ink Publishing. A member of Editors Canada, he combines his background in Anthropology and Cultural Studies with a deep understanding of storytelling’s cultural and societal impact.

His expertise spans all four stages of editing—developmental, line, copy, and proofreading—as well as manuscript critiques, beta reading, and sensitivity reading. Adam’s keen eye for linguistic nuance and cultural authenticity ensures that each manuscript is both technically polished and rich in depth, helping authors craft stories that resonate with diverse audiences. His ability to analyze narratives through a cultural lens allows him to refine manuscripts with thoughtfulness, ensuring that every story maintains its authenticity while engaging readers on a meaningful level.

Beyond editing, Adam has the ability to foster strong relationships with writers, guiding them through creative challenges with insightful feedback and practical solutions. He is passionate about helping authors develop their unique voices while navigating the complexities of storytelling, structure, and character development.

As part of the acquisitions team, Adam actively seeks compelling and culturally relevant stories, ensuring each manuscript contributes meaningfully to the literary landscape. When he’s not working with authors, he’s delving into mythology, history, and literature, always on the hunt for the next great story to bring to life.
