About the Author

Joven Wolf Pearce-Lawrence was born and raised in Ontario, where his childhood was shaped by the wilderness of his parents' campground and the captivating tales spun around campfires by his father. From swinging sticks like swords in the forest to embracing a love for green landscapes and compelling narratives, Joven's journey into writing was sparked by his wife's encouragement and wise words.

When not immersed in his work at the hospital, Joven can often be found wandering through wooded paths, contemplating the potential of every stick he encounters. His creative spirit thrives on a blend of nerdy passions—from role-playing and board games to immersive science fiction and fantasy worlds that fuel his imagination.

Despite a childhood surrounded by numerous dogs, Joven confesses to being more of a cat person, finding solace in the company of his feline companions during quiet moments spent reading or writing at home. His literary debut began with the publication of his short story 'The Deliverance' in the anthology 'Write Wrong Or Otherwise 2025,' marking the beginning of what promises to be a rich and expansive writing career.
